I'm wondering if the child is small do they sit in your lap or by themselves. It looks like there is only room for one person. He meets the height requirements but he's only 5 and think he would rather ride WITH someone. If not, we will just do the trade off thing and my husband and I go seperate while the kids stand with either one of us. My younger child is not tall enough.

Background: My fiance and I will be getting married on December 16th. We will be traveling from Columbus, OH to Orlando for our honeymoon on December 17th and leaving on December 21st. We are purchasing three-day park hopper tickets to Walt Disney World and planning to stay at a Disney resort.

Question: Does anyone have a list of suggestions and/or caveats for our trip? I am especially curious about the following subjects:

1. Weather during that time of year
2. Traffic and lines around the parks
3. Resort information (we are leaning towards Animal Kingdom Lodge)
4. Specific attractions and entertainment suggestions for young newlyweds.

We have been to Disney World alot of times, but have never visited Sea World. Could it hold the interest of a three year old, and how long a day can you have there? Is it an all day park to where you get your moneys worth? Thanks

In planning our vacation, we are staying inside Disney World for four days, but we are interested in the Nickledoen Hotel with our three year old in mind. Has anyone stayed there and how would it interest a three year old? Thanks

I am sure the Grand Floridian tops them all, but we have a three year old and have to consider him too. I have been looking into the Contemporary with the tower view of the Magic Kingdom. Has anyone stayed in that area of the Contemporary? What on earth makes so much difference in one of the deluxe compared to the moderate or value? It's alot of money to spend unless you know just what you are paying for. Is it worth it to go Deluxe? It will be our little boys birthday and we want to make it special for him. I realize the characters are there for the breakfast I believe, but what else can we expect for two thousand dollars for four nights? Thanks

Besides clothes, cameras and travel documents - I really have no idea what else...

PS: I heard that I can't bring liquids, anything under pressure or sharp objects like shaving razors, etc. etc.

Can anyone write me a list of what to bring? I'm totally clueless!

I plan on buying a 5 day pass to walt disney world, and I'm a little iffy on buying a park hopping option. I know there's a lot to do at each park but would a park hopper be worth getting? Or is it just a waste because I'll never use it?

We will be arriving in Disney early in the morning after being up since 3 AM. We have 3 girls ages 6,8 and 11. What would be a fun day the first day we get there? Anyone like/hate any of the shows? We have reservations for Hoop De Doo Revue, Cinderella in the castle, and Ohana in the Polynesian Resort as the Dinner shows for the week we are there. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I am bringing my little nephew on a vacation and I am so depressed that he won't be able to enjoy it. :(
Yahoo weather just said that there will be scattered T storms and isolated storms every single day of our trip. Can any locals tell me if it rains there, does it usually just happen in spurts throughout the day? Is there any hope? I am so sad

Mine are Haunted Mansion (go on it at least 3 times when I go there) and Pirates of the Caribbean (though it was closed last time I went :( ) I just wondered what everyone else's favorites were.

(And don't list like 20 of them, because if that's the case, you really don't HAVE a favorite, you just like them all!)

I've checked the regular sites travelosity, orbitz,hotel.com's. I'm looking to get into a resort that is close to either sea world or disney we're planning on staying for a week in mid sept. I know for the resort I want that I'll end up paying at least 100.00 a night. Plus not really wanting too sit thru any time share meetings either. Also, if any one knows the best way to get tickets for seaworld, disney and animal kingdom other than going to the gates. Thanks for any info.
