In planning our vacation, we are staying inside Disney World for four days, but we are interested in the Nickledoen Hotel with our three year old in mind. Has anyone stayed there and how would it interest a three year old? Thanks

The hotel is really cute, however, I'm not sure if a 3 year old would have as much fun as a slightly older child.

If you are trying to decide on the Nic hotel versus a Disney hotel, I would definitely stay onsite. It is just so much quicker and easier to get to and from Disney, espeically with a little one, being onsite. If you go offsite, the transportation isn't as quick and you may be more limited on times they pick up, etc.

If you are wanting to stay a few extra nights there, he would probably really enjoy seeing the resort, especially if he watches Nickledoeon.

The main complaint I have heard about the hotel is that they overprice the rooms, and the food isn't very good, but other than that it seems to be pretty popular.

We stayed there in March for a couple of days and had a real nice time. The poolside activities are geared more to older kids and can get a bit noisy, but there are kiddy areas as well. Its very close to Disney so commuting wont be a problem. There also was quite a wide variety of food options, including a daily breakfast buffet, sit down brkfst, lunch or dinner(characterdining)Pizza Hut, coffee shop, A&W hot dogs, and a small store where you can buy fruit&staple items. If I were you, Id spend a night there just to get the feel of the place, and if you like it, youll have plenty of more years to return as your child grows. In the mean time, you really cant go wrong with a Disney resort like Pop Century or Port Orleans. Enjoy!

My best friend stayed there with a 5 yr. old & a 3 yr old. The hotel has so many activities you will definetely find something to do. Plus... he/she will recongnize these characters because they see them more often on tv.
