i will be working near IAH and moving to the area. i want a good neighborhood near IAH for elementry schooling, and safe for families and kids.

Galveston is near Houston but it is no comparison to Panama City Beach. The water is beautiful emeral green. The wind doesn't blow you away like Galveston does. Oh! and the beaches are so white like Sugar.

Even though you haven't visited all the big cities give it a try and tell us about your experience if possible:

NY, LA, Houston, ATL, Philly, Seattle, DC, Boston, Miami, Chicago, NO ect ....

Any words on HOUSTON , I am planning to move there soon, and I hear it is not to best place for blacks.
