Name the worst smelling refinery town and the ugliest refinery town around the Houston area.

As far as having the worst smell goes, I would have to give the award to Texas City. What can I say, the place smells so bad that I wouldn't be surprised if all of its residents suffered from severe cases of asthma or some other respiratory problem/disease.
The ugliest town on the list, I would say, is definitely Pasadena. The town looks like a scene from hell!

Stankadena! I live in Baytown and when I do go to Pasadena It realllllly stinks. Its not just next to the refineries but in the common neighborhoods too.

Pasadena smells the worst, and then Texas Shitty as I call it is so damn hick and country to me, and Pasadena is just plain out Bario or ghetto.

When the wind blows from the south , the stench comes from Deer Park. there's a refinery there too, a big one!
