Indoors or outdoors? Personal or business? Location requirements (i.e. close to downtown or Galleria)? Are your attendees visiting the area or do they live in Houston? Is this a sales pitch? Do you have a list of people already or will you be advertising for attendees? Would LOVE to help you pick the perfect place...

If you want something truly different, how about the Haak Winery in Santa Fe. We found this winery while taking an afternoon drive and it looks like you walked right into Tuscany. They were actually having a wedding that afternoon and the grounds were lovely. You can get more info at Haakwinery.com

The Houston Club. Its on the 49th floor of 2 shell plaza. It is where I had my wedding reception and it was beautiful! All windows, and a great view of Houston. Another great place is the Houstonian. They have georgeous ballrooms.

I have been to several events at the Magnolia Ballroom which is downtown. It is such a beautiful building.
