My husband has a job opportunity in North Dallas. We are considering the move from Wesley Chapel, FL to Dallas, TX. I am looking for anyone who has lived both places that can give me pros and cons. We have twins that are 4 and want to be in a family friendly area with excellent schools. Thanks for your help!!!!

I will be relocating to the Dallas Fort Worth area in a week, and I need to know a few good neighborhoods to look for housing. I am looking for a house that will take a dog in a decent neighborhood to rent for a few months. Any suggestions?

If so, why? I may be moving there within the next few years. My aunt lives in that area and it is one of my favorite cities.

We want to raise our children in a good environment. They currently attend private school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I'm being offered a position with my company in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. We found some excellant private schools out there and was wondering if anyone has any thoughts about what would be a better city to live in and raise a family. Thanks!

Any Amish here in Texas? We moved to Fort Worth last year, and I sure miss the Amish restaurants, Amish craft stores, and just going to the Amish Country back in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
