Looking to go on holiday begining of June 2007. There is 4 adults and 1 baby. Where can we go for no more than £200 per person (250 max!) Dads 40th Birthday so somewhere nice and hot

I will be doing a 3 months trip around Europe from May next year. I want to venture to places that are a little off the beaten track but just as beautiful as the main tourist attractions.
