There are no rivers in that place. The Islands of that place are made entirely of calcium carbonate, which is mainly produced or precipitated by the organisms of coral reefs -- this also contributes that place having the clearest waters in the world with visibility of over 200 feet (61 meters) and the whitest sands.
That place Island's is rambling, reef-protected shoreline and cays are filled with numerous powdery white-sand beaches. The premier beach on that island is secluded Gold Rock Beach, which is a must-see at low tide when it unfolds its signature “welcome mat.”
You can generally find two kinds of beaches on that Island, the "activity beach” and the “secluded beach.” Each is captivating for its own reasons.
At the activity beaches, you'll find a multitude of fun and games, including, but not limited to, jet skiing, snorkelling, and windsurfing.
Half the fun of secluded beaches is discovering them. The best hunting grounds are on the southwest and southeast sides of that island. Following the main highway either west or east, you'll come across miles of empty whitest sands and the clearest blue waters.
Where is this place I’ve been to well it is
THE GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND
OF THE BAHAMAS.

Clifton beach Cape Town.
Sandy Bay Cape Town
Ipanema Rio
Seychelles & Mauritius would beat any of the others on everybodies list, but I have not been there.
Beautiful beaches can be found around St Jean de Mont in the Vendee, Though these are brown like those of Durban in South Africa,so I suppose they don't qualify.

Grand Cayman Island and Culebra Island off of Puerto Rico.
I would go with Culebra. It takes a ferry ride from PR - it's secluded and beautiful. Bluest water? Probably not - because it is as clear as glass.
Definetely worth the trip, especially if you want a beautiful beach.

Whitehaven Beach in the Whitsunday Islands, Australia. It has the most beautiful white sandy beach, the bluest water and lots of tropical animals. I saw a few stingrays in the water and as it was pretty secluded it was so peaceful. Paradise...

As a number of people have mentioned, Whitehaven beach is amazing. The sand id so fine that they use it to polish the radar dishes on the space shuttle. You can clean silver jewelry in it too.
The island of Bora Bora in Tahiti was amazing too. I reckon for me it's those two (expensive though).
