It will be a very short ten days trip. Any and all suggestions are welcome in regard to the do’s and don’ts during the flight, jet lag, food, clothing, illness etc. I myself will be going after a long span of 7 years. I am very worried about traveling with my infant.

Yesterday, I posted a question on motion sickness. I am aware that I suffer from it, and I do not want any remedies for it. What I want to know is why, when I ride on a boat and in a car, I get very sick, yet when I ride in a train, plane or bus I am fine?
Does it make any difference? Do the different vehicles have significant differences in the engines? Or is it all in my head?
I'd appreciate some ideas please.

Is there any INEXPENSIVE way to be 100% protected from snakes. Sprays? Chaps? Wrap leather on my legs? What would you do to be safe and not worry about snakebites?

For instance, I get sea sick and occasionally car sick, but I don't get sick on a bus, or a train, or a plane. Does anyone have any ideas please, this is really puzzling me. No silly answers please.

And you brought somone from the past into 2006, would they be sick because of the pollution? Also do you think that all the additives in our food nowadays it would be a shock to their system and make them sick? And just for fun, what era would you like to visit?

LONGER WAITING IN LINES FOR SECURITY CHECKS!!

Women ---- Why???? Do you wear your stupid high heels at
the airport?? It took us twice as long to get thru security, then
when you're walking thru the aisles, you take little bitty baby steps
because you can't walk in your shoes and jam up traffic throughout the whole airport where seniors in wheel chairs and the staff with the transport vehicles can't get by or wait for you to take your itty bitty steps to get out of the way.

I hate to be behind you during an emergency exit from an airplane.
If you are a woman who wears heels at an airport......please tell me why?
Who are you trying to impress??
The TSA agent said they should be banned because they are
a hazard.
What do you think?

Some people can happily travel in cars, buses, boats etc and even read at the same time, while others get headaches and vomit. Why does this happen?

I heard I might need some kind of vaccines if I travel to foreign countries, especially the developing ones, because the food/drink there might be a problem to my health. I need to know what kind of shot I should take before my travelling. Thanks in advance.
