LONGER WAITING IN LINES FOR SECURITY CHECKS!!

Women ---- Why???? Do you wear your stupid high heels at
the airport?? It took us twice as long to get thru security, then
when you're walking thru the aisles, you take little bitty baby steps
because you can't walk in your shoes and jam up traffic throughout the whole airport where seniors in wheel chairs and the staff with the transport vehicles can't get by or wait for you to take your itty bitty steps to get out of the way.

I hate to be behind you during an emergency exit from an airplane.
If you are a woman who wears heels at an airport......please tell me why?
Who are you trying to impress??
The TSA agent said they should be banned because they are
a hazard.
What do you think?

Women used to wearing high heels should refrain from using them when on trips to avoid delay and easy movement/escape during emergency.

My question is not can you but why would you want to? I would think that high heel shoes would hurt your feet after all the walking you're going to have to do! I'd suggest wearing comfortable slip on shoes that are easy to remove for the airport security screening and pack the sharp, pointy high heels in your suitcase!

We wear high heels because we've got style. And excuse me, you get stupid flat shoe snails as well.

Have you ever thought about the fact that we might be going on a business trip? Or maybe we just like dressing up, looking stunning when we meet our men. There is nothing more sexy than a women in good clothes, wearing stilettos going with it. If I don't miss it, there is no dress code for airports. (Why do air hostesses wear high heel shoes? Because it makes them look more professional)!!!

You either must be a student or someone with a lousy job who can't afford high heel shoes!!!

Can't walk in high heels? I guess thats just a matter of skill.

And slowing down security? How so? My shoes slip on and off, no velcro or shoelaces, it seems to me that people in tennis shoes hold up the line more than women in heels.

And of course the TSA says they should be banned. If most TSA agents had their way, we would not be allowed any luggage, or purses, we would just be herded naked through the gates with our id's tatoo'ed on our arms. It would obviously be for our safety, and make their lives easier.

I don't wear high heels. They hurt my back and feet. Men seem to like high heels. I don't know why.

High heels are one of the dumbest creations ever! Along with your comments they are also rough on the spine and hips.

Watch women walk in them, other than trained dancers I've never seen a woman who can walk gracefully in them. They make a woman walk with her hips thrust forward ruining her balance and making her seem clumsy and awkward. I'd much rather see a woman in flat shoes because her form is so much more natural and graceful.

I dont understand why anyone want to wear heel in the airport either but for business last minute trips but those women should know how to walk in them but those who want to be cute then need to turned away at security and banned from the flight. when i fly i want to be comfortable. tennis shoes, sweat, tshirts.

They are slower, but I don't mind getting behind a woman in high heels. The scenery makes up for the wait.
