The point is to visit an interesting city and also being able to relax at the beach. We're going in August.

Anywhere in the world, but preferably in North America. And not in Mexico (we're coming from Mexico).

Does anyone know of a place to go or something to do for a honeymoon? I've tried to find adults-only cruises and such, to no avail.
And when I say "adults-only", I don't mean hedonistic-type. Just some place to enjoy being together without the nuisance of kids. Also looking for something all-inclusive so we don't have to worry about carrying a wallet around. Any opinions would be appreciated.

A group of us (three guys) are thinking of crossing the Atlantic Ocean in a rubber dinghy and writing down all of our thoughts and emotions in a journal. Has this been done before?? We have been studying weather, water patterns, tides, etc. and believe we can leave the Jersey shore in early June and reach the beaches of Normandy (just for symbolism) in late July. We have been scratching our heads thinking about other problems that might arise, like food, fresh water, etc. and have been working on all of these logistics. Does it sound "doable"?

For me, it is a toss-up between Rainbow Falls in the Adirondack Mtns (150' Bridal Veil fall down the side of a mountain), and Chilasco in the cloud forests of Guatemala (1000' flume in 2 parts in a remote section of Baja Verapaz). Just curious what you have seen and enjoyed!

I'm looking for an adventure camp to send my daughter to, but she's 19 and I'm having a hard time finding a camp like that near her age group, if anyone knows of any could you tell me a little about it and post the link to their website on here, I would appreciate it, oh, and it doesn't exactly have to be for an adventure camp either, as long as its some kind of a camp I can send her to for a little while, she's not a very social person and I want her to get out more.....

We like a little variety in our weather, but generally warm. We also prefer smaller cities - 100,000 or under.

thanks!
