My birthday, getting divorced gift to me an son age 11. We want to spend 5-7 days in a beach front resort. Relaxing, sunning, swimming and having fun.
Or a trip to Europe (Rome/Paris) for under 2500.00
anyone got good advice for us and suggesstions?

The best place to visit in the summer is Varna, Bulgaria. The prices are very reasonable, the weather is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the people are wonderful.
I have been to Varna many times and never tire of visiting the beach, seeing the cathedral or just going to one of the cafes for a coffee and slice of cake.

Cuba, Cayo Coco is a fun spot for family, lots fun activities for the kids and the food is excellent. there is horse back riding,we were there two years ago and some friends of ours went last year with their kids and loved it. A good bang for your buck Happy vacationing.

Puerto Vallarta Mexico or Tulun Yucatan,,educational and beautiful you get to see pyramids and the beaches are like snow with this crystal clear water....paradise
