Distinguished members of the European Parliament,

The allegations as to the ‘Armenian Genocide’ are a historical falsification.
The allegations as to the ‘Armenian Genocide’ are an international falsification.
The falsification of ‘Armenian Genocide’ was fabricated under the conditions of the First World War, by Britain, France and the Tsarist Russia as a tool of psychological war, with the purpose of partitioning Turkey.

The meaning behind the fact that the British imperialists and the French imperialists drove Australian and New Zealander soldiers on Turkey in Gallipoli on April 24, 1915 is the very same meaning behind the fact that their ally, the Tsarist Russia armed and mobilized Armenian units on the Eastern Front.

For those who are familar with Wikipedia will surely know about Un-cylopedia again an open source website where people from all over the world can define things in controversial and almost hilariously funny ways.

There's a Turkish version of that 'funny' encylopedia which is called Yansiklopedi.

Pls visit http://yansiklopedi.org/wiki/Yahoo%21_Answers_T%C3%BCrkiye and make your contributions to tell about Yahoo Answers Türkiye.
The figures, clons, mostly encountered question types etc.

You just go there and start telling what you know - all in Turkish.
No sensorship there! No membership necessary to contribute.

Fatih, anlarm, blunt, çetin, İpek K.. and all other people I cannot count the names
Pls help us all understand who is who, what is what ..
and what is going on in Yahoo Answers Turkey.

Good luck and I thank you all in advance for your contributions.
Any ideas & suggestions?

US President George W Bush has promised extra help to tackle Kurdish rebels in northern Iraq, following talks with Turkish PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Mr Bush offered to share intelligence with Turkey and declared the PKK rebel organisation "an enemy of Turkey, a free Iraq and the United States".

Turkey has threatened to hit bases used by the PKK (Kurdistan Workers' Party) unless the US and Iraq do more to help.

Mr Erdogan said Ankara saw it as very important that there was a unified approach to tackling the PKK rebels."As strategic partners we are fighting jointly against terrorism in the world," he said.

He warned that the stability of the whole region would be affected by what happened in northern Iraq.

IT SEEMS MR.BUSH (pustluga devam ediyor) IS STILL TWISTING... BUT TURKEY SHOULD DO WHAT SHE SUPPOSED IMMEDIATELY...

What I mean is, the first time you see someone in the morning, do you just start in like you're in the middle of a conversation, or is it important to greet people properly? I'm talking about what Turks actually do, not just what they should do.

Rice came to Ankara as the Turkish military massed up to 100,000 troops along the border with Iraq in preparation for a possible cross-border incursion into northern Iraq to hit the PKK bases there after its calls on the United States and Iraq to take immediate action to deal with the terrorist group there failed to bring about a visible result. Her talks with President Abdullah Gül, PM Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and FM Babacan also came days before Erdoğan is due to meet with US President George W. Bush in Washington on Monday.

Babacan said Turkey had great expectations from the United States to tackle the problem and that the action from the US side must be imminent. “We have great expectations from the United States. We are at the point where words have been exhausted and where there is need for action,” he said.

For my last semester in university, I will need to be a student English teacher. I wanted to do this in Turkey, instead of in my country (Philippines). Would it be possible to find a teaching position (volunteer/unpaid) in Istanbul or Ankara? I understand that there are several ESL schools there which aren't too discriminating about the teachers they take on, but would it also be possible to teach at a regular school (e.g. highschool) even being only an intern teacher? Also, would it be doubly difficult since I am a foreigner? Thanks for your help.

The reason I ask this question is because certain individuals continually propagate propaganda about the Republic of Turkey and comment on issues they have no idea about. First and foremost is article 301 of the Penal Code (Now do not get me wrong here I am not a supporter of that section and can go into detailled reasons as to why not but that is not my purpose in asking this question). Most individuals that criticise section 301 have no idea about how the Turkish Legal system works, the intention, reasoning and mechanics of section 301. I would like to hear your opinions and knowledge about section 301 and how it works or does not work. I give you a real life example of a Case in point,

Perihan Mağden (born 1960) is a Turkish writer of prose and poetry and is a columnist for the newspaper Radikal. She was tried and acquitted on July 27th 2006 in Turkey for calling for opening the possibility of conscientious objection to mandatory military service in that country.
