If you mean symbol of Turkey, then I have no idea.
I thought wolf is symbol of Turkish fascism (like Gray Wolves the racist group) but I have no idea if it is symbol of country as well or not!
Donkey?! Donkey is a wise animal, I'm not kidding it really is but I don't know why Iranians say "tork-e khar" in their jokes!!! (khar = donkey in farsi), again I have no idea...
Pork?! It's delicious for sure, but turkey is also very delicious specially when served with the Armenian red wine...

Basically those are more or less American notions. The country's bird, tree, animal, color, song, poem etc. I am not familiar with any European countries that have adopted this system. Are you?

Hi dear, Pork is not an animal. Pork is the meat from hogs or domestic swine.And I think the donkey is the symbol of armenia. I don't know the wolf sorry bout that hope this helps

Well, first you have to tell us which country you are all from. Otherwise we can't know. If you are actually from Turkey, then you must have failed out of school at an early age. Every good Turk knows the symbol of his/her country.
