Every bomb that explodes
and every gunshot that is fired
in Istanbul is blamed on the PKK
and that goes for the rest of Turkey.
Why do people say its so safe?
Are their reporters liars too. I do not
particularly think its very safe to have
the grocery store I am shopping in
bombed but maybe some turks
are not bothered by it. To make it safe
I guess one would have to agree it was
dangerous.

ADD :( TutSukYanthug- you wasted all that
space and said nothing of value..there is
no logic to your puppet show theory.
Its just stupidity to take your 12 other
accounts out to give youself a thumbs up for
it. Don't you know in this section the rating has
nothing to do with the answer.
Why don't you give poor Tanju a thumbs up
you can spare it. Stop focusing just on me.

What? I feel very safe. Istanbul is one of the safest metropoles of the world. Clearly you don't know Istanbul.
Istanbul became a ghost city???????? i really want to laugh!!!
You must be kidding me if you call a city with 15 million plus the tourists coming evey season of the year a ghost town. Maybe you are talking about Brussels or something (where they close the cafes at 6 o'clock and go to sleep)

A genuine Turk living in Istanbul would know that Istanbul isn't affected from the terrorist PKK's actions as much as PKK's fellow Kurds in Southeast. Why don't you go play somewhere else?

You love these police uniforms and questions about gayness don't you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rURf_oYp4eE

I am from Istanbul and it is safe as ever. You need more than some circus monkeys planting bombs in public places to "scare" us. Ghost city is the last thing this city can be called. I am tired of your cheap tricks and stupid questions you armenian "creature".

@Robert B.

Maybe you would like to point out since when there was a "land of kurds"? kurds haven't established a single state in any part of the world in history.

BuIIshit!!
I live in Turkey and although things have been tense no-one is afraid to live here.
I have an EU passport; if I thought my life was at risk I'd leave. I don't. I stay. I love living here.

I wasn't going to answer this nonsense question my "obvious" armenian friend (I'm not your friend it's just an expression) but I had nothingelse to do so here we go:

* I'm living in the North Pole and there is a camel at the door..tryin' to get in!! should I open the door? Does that make sense to you?

* Please note that, "IF" some individuals don't feel safe in any part of Turkey, it's because of you and your terrorist friends

I am living in Istanbul and there is no any problem...

On the other hand, you must know, PKK is not So-called Kurd. Workers Party, they are thinking, how can they divide Turkish People and Government, thinking how can they kill Turkish Soldier, thinking how can they kill Turkish Woman, and thinking how can they kill Turkish Baby,

Carry on as normal, you have more chance of being baptised by the Pope than being targetted by the PKK.
Stay alert and report anything that you think thats unusual.
One of the main weapons of terrorism is to disrupt normal life and create chaose and histeria by threats.
have some faith in your goverments sercuity services, I am sure its al ll in control .
