When im a little bit older i get to be a foreign exchange student in Russia, its planned and everything, i was just wondering if this is a good place? if it is, should i goto st.petersburg, or moscow?

I'm going to drive a route from London-Prague-Ukraine-Georgia-Azerbaijan-Iran-Kazakhstan-Russia-Mongolia and I would like to learn a little bit of the most widely spoken language for that route. Would that be Russian? If so, can I get by in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Mongolia with a little Russian?

heres the deal I know I have to dial 011(international code)+ 7(country code)+(city code)+number

all I know is the number is an 11 digit number 7421722xxxx . Out of that number I dont know how to dial it out all together. ive tried 011+7+ number and it doesnt work?? help?
