You had better contact a travel agent. They'll let you know what documents you need and they'll also tell you how much it costs.

I agree that US man + a Russian woman is a disaster. I known many women who come here to marry and get citizenship-- nothing else. If you would like your heart to be in one piece, I suggest meet a Russian who is already here, so that you do not have to go through a lot of troubles of bringing her here, or just find a nice all-American girl who will share more views with you than a Russian woman would.

US man doesn't go with a Russian woman. A disaster waiting to happen.
As for visas, an invitation by a US citizen is usually enough to get her a tourist visa. Then she'll have to leave in 6 months.

first you are suppossed to have met her in person, then you must file an I29 for you and her and she has to fill out and sign a form 325a. you mail those forms with two passport sized photos a copy of both your passports ,& birth certificates, a bank statement from you and a copy of last years tax returns, also any pics of u two together and airline boarding pass. when you get that together you have to write a petition letter to our government telling them why you should be allowed to bring in an alien. Mail all this with a check or money order for 170.00 to INS and about 4 months latter you should be getting a reply
