heres the deal I know I have to dial 011(international code)+ 7(country code)+(city code)+number

all I know is the number is an 11 digit number 7421722xxxx . Out of that number I dont know how to dial it out all together. ive tried 011+7+ number and it doesnt work?? help?

Everything is given to you - the first 7 is the country code. 421 is the city code (you're calling Komsomolsk, which is on Russian Far East).

011+7+421+722+xxxx

To call Russia, it should be 011 + 7 + area code and number.
The best idea would be to call Operator Assistance. Maybe internationally calling is blocked on your service.

Check out the website http://www.countrycallingcodes.com. There you can put in the city in Russia that you are trying to call and it will tell you the correct way to dial

the best way i have found is to open my window and yell to the east it works great and its free
