With the enlargement of the European Union, should it not be a possibility for countries to split - and in parts be equal members of Europe? i.e. upscaling the EU, down-scaling the member states? Tell me the pros and cons of independent EU states England, Scotland, Catalunya, Friesland, Lapland, Sicily, Basque Republic, Ulster and so on, if you can.

Foreign accents - it almost doesn't matter which one - are considered attractive in the United States. However an American accent doesn't seem to go over too well in Europe or other westernized nations. I'm wondering if there are any countries where an American accent is considered to be attractive?

I am traveling to Europe, and looking for an inside-the-pants pouch to keep my valuables (debit card, a few euros, and passport) in. I would wear it in the front, and would like to be able to wear it with skirts or dress pants without it being seen. Any ideas? Do you know where I could get something of the sort?

Any tips would be highly appreciated. I heard that I should carry my passport with me at all times, not to leave anything valuable in the hotel and to bring my own water. Other people tell me that in Europe theres is a high anti-american spirit. Should I speak only Spanish over there. I need frienly suggestion that wouls make my stay pleasant
