Pay the extra money to have it expedited to you the passport application could take any where from 4-8 weeks and since it is summer and it is there busy months I would say closer to two months, or if you live close to a passport agency you could do it personally that is much faster!! good luck and have fun overseas

KEEP ON YAHOOING!!

It's going to be close. Check the State Department web site at http://www.state.gov to find out what the current wait times are for a passport. I got mine back in three weeks, but that was two years ago. They're processing more passport applications now because as of December 31, 2007 all U.S. citizens must have a passport to travel to and from Canada, Mexico, and the Carribbean or else you won't be allowed back in the country. If you already applied, you can't request expedited service now. If you haven't submitted the application yet, then by all means pay the extra and ask for expedited service.

Possibly. Depends on how fast that office works. I think you normally apply for a passport about 4-6 months in advance. Can't tell you for sure if you'll get it in time but I would definitely contact the office and see if you could get a estimated time for receiving it.

You have not a hope. Pay the extra and expedite it. I went through the same thing.

I don't think you can expidite it after you already sent it in. When I did mine I did the expidited way and got it in like 3 weeks so I dont know if you will get it in time or not it is just going to depend how busy they are. Good luck to you. You might want to see if there is a way to check the status and/or if you can expidite it.

Normally doesn't take more than a month. But for security try the fast track two-week service, which I think costs £35 or so.

Possibly, My lil cousing didnt get hers for about 3 months. You may want to call and see what the status is, of course if that is possible.

Good Luck!
