Berlin - probably the cheapest city in western Europe, very friendly people, tons of things to do, great night life, great sights, best public transport in the world, clean and safe and runs for 24 hours
Barcelona - beautiful, good weather most of the time, fairly cheap, great fun, great food, great shopping
Zagreb - safe, beautiful, amazing culture, super cheap, not too touristy (yet), great people, great night life, excellent food, short drive to many other interesting destinations (Ljubljana, Budapest, Adriatic Coast), place just blew my mind!
Helsinki - it's expensive, but it's amazing in the summertime!

Salzburg, Austria. It is soo beautiful there. It's where the sound of music was filmed. It's absolutly breathtaking.
