Is there a service like this?

No, like some of you said to my last post, I'm not doing something illigal..i think.

I entered a contest, then found out it was only for people living in Europe, CIS, Africa, and some other places. I live in America. I am ranking pretty high in the contest and I want to be able to get the prize even though i don't live there.

I am talking about castles and such that are easily accessible (just outside a big city or accesible by Eurail train system). Thank you!

I'm thinking mostly U.K., France, Germany, and Denmark. Maybe Iceland, and/or Ireland and Spain.

I was thinking of touring Scandinavia as I have got really in to the history of the region after studying at University- but I know next to nothing about the area! I'd be grateful if someone could fill me in on a few things...

1. How are us Brits recieved?
2. Is it really all snow and evergreen forests outside of the towns?
3. General overview of the people (hard I know)- I always had the impression that Scandinavians were quite aloof (not meaning to offend) and had no time for us British plebians...kind of like Dolph Lundgren in Rocky 4.
4. What is the national sport/ pastime/ hobby?

Any info very welcome (Sweden-specific would be great!)

Thanks!

My son is 17 1/2 this Summer and wants to have a holiday abroad with a few college pals. He was hoping to travel to Greece to stay with some family friends. So he's looking for a flight only. However, all the flight companies we've tried expect an over 18 to be travelling in the party.
Are there any travel companies who take bookings from 17 year olds? Or are there any ways around this? (Apart from obviously taking an "adult")

this summer, i was planning on going to europe with my mother, although we are not sure which option to take:

-a cruise that visits a different city a day
-or spend a visit there for a week, although staying in one city

would a city take more than a day to explore it? which option would you take?

thank you for all of your help : ) God bless
