Is there an Address in Europe I can have something shipped to, then that person ship it to me in America??

No, like some of you said to my last post, I'm not doing something illigal..i think.

I entered a contest, then found out it was only for people living in Europe, CIS, Africa, and some other places. I live in America. I am ranking pretty high in the contest and I want to be able to get the prize even though i don't live there.

You could probably get a PO box and have it forwarded to you but then when they ask where the PO is registered its going to say you are in the US. You really have to know someone who is over there who would let you use their address.
