I was on a Princess cruise to Alaska. The name of the ship was the Sapphire Princess. I was 10 and it was last summer.

My fiance and I are getting married in May, in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. For the honeymoon, we're giving serious thought to a cruise though neither of us have ever been on one. Which line would lend itself to plenty of fun, yet romance as well?

I want to take a cruise with my husband when he gets back from Iraq in March. Problem is, I cannot book early because I am not sure exactly what date he will be back in March. So price is kind of a factor. I am definitely looking for a cruise line with little to no children. I am also looking for a cruise line that offers military discounts. If you could give me any ideas, suggestions, or tips, it would be great, as this will be a first cruise.

P.S. Before any of you mention anything about asking if my husband even wants to go on a cruise, YES he does.

But I am not all that well traveled so I am confused on how to go about it. When you buy your tickets, is it all inclusive (food, drinks)? Do you have to pay extra for the onboard or offboard activities??

Have you ever done the "Free Style Cruising" on Norwegan Cruise Lines? If so, what can you tell me about it? I've been on a cruise before, on another line, but have never tried NCL's Free Style Cruising.

Where did you cruise, how long was it, and did you think it was better than a regular cruise? If so, in what ways? Was there lots to do onboard ship, and were the activities convenient? Did you get bored?

We're going to be free-style cruising on the "Pride of America" in February. I read that there are several paid restaurants in addition to the main dining room - so much for "all-inclusive" pricing!

Are there other non-included items besides the restaurants? Do you know how much a massage is onboard? And how much can I expect to spend for a meal in the pay restaurants? Any unexpected expenses you ran into that I should watch out for?

I'd sure appreciate any tips or experiences you can share about cruising (esp. in Hawaii), excursions, activities, etc.

Thanks!

Once in lifetime cruise - cancellation limit on best policy so far only £6000 each ticket. Need insurance covering worldwide - normal ages, just high ticket value. Please help!

I'm looking for a party cruise to go on for spring break. I would prefer the cruise to be only 7 nights/days long. Departure ports are flexible for me. My budget is $1000-2000 a person for the whole trip.

Was it fun? Was the heat on the ship adequate? What kind of clothes did you take. Was the food as good as other cruises?
