I know I'm going ot be bored as heck. I've been on a several planes, probably 12 different ones but the farthest distance I've traveled was to Punta Cana, D.R. This time i'm going to be going to Spain and that'll take around 8 hours (plus an extra 2 to bus down to the airport) What the heck should I do for half of the day?

If you were on an airplane, and an old man asked you if you would switch seats with his wife so that they could sit together, would you do it? You came early so that you could get a window seat, and you don't really like his wife's location...... would you move anyway?

I'm going on a trip soon and was wondering if we are allowed to take cd players and mp3 players on an airplane? TSA website did not address this directly as far as I could tell. Anywhere I can call? The airline maybe?

I am flying soon and I want to pack a lunch for myself because I don't like airplane food. Am I allowed to pack peanut butter and jelly? I know they have become stricter about peanuts in public places with all the allergies but I haven't flown in a while so I don't know the rules.

I am currently 22 years old and I am starting my flight training on obtaining my Private Pilot Certificate. Eventually I will want to obtain a Transport Pilot Certificate so I can fly for a major airline like United or TWA etc... Anyways, I was wondering under today's stress and circumstances, do you think it would also be possible for me to eventually raise a family as a major airline pilot?
