I read somewhere that some 3rd party companies or websites will take your mileage or points from one program and convert them into another program while taking a certain percentage of your mileage.

Can anyone help me find these sites/companies??

I'm flying on my honeymoon to Thailand on China Airlines and want to upgrade to business class. Is there anyway to convert my boat loads of United, Continental, Hawaiian, or hotel points into China Air so I can upgrade??

I just got back from a trip on Southwest airlines and it was only an hour flight..and guess what? My luggage was lost!! Everything in there, including my souvenirs (first trip in Vegas). What happened with you and where did you go from there? I 'm not sure what to do...I'm so frustrated!
