yeah, but you would have to consult with your probation officer before you go anywhere. and it depends on the degree of your conviction and they take into consideration if you are a flight risk, but I can guarantee that you will not be going anywhere anytime soon if you are on probation

my guess is it would depend on what you are on probation for, not to mention that usually if you are on probation you aren't allowed to travel much outside certain jurisdictions.
