Mileage Conversion Sites?

I read somewhere that some 3rd party companies or websites will take your mileage or points from one program and convert them into another program while taking a certain percentage of your mileage.

Can anyone help me find these sites/companies??

The four middlemen are Amtrak, Diners Club Rewards, HHonors Reward Exchange, and Points.com.

From your other question, I assume this is for your honeymoon to Thailand. Most of these middleman deal with US carriers only, but check them out, maybe one of them deals with China Airlines.
