I am going to be flying out to San Fran in a couple weeks to pick up my sister and fly to AZ the same day. Which do you think would be the better option?
Option 1: Fly into San Fran at 1am, and stay in the airport until the plane leaves the next day at 1pm...
Option 2: Fly into San Fran that morning at 11:07am, and stick around until my flight at 12:51pm...
Do you think that 1 1/2 hours in between flights is enough to meet up with my sister, check in, go through security and board the plane? And if the plane is early, or mine is delayed?
Any suggestions?

It sounds like the airlines is saying I can have my son on my lap since he's 7 months only. Then it goes into something about having children in an FAA Approved child restraint does that mean I have my son in the car seat on my lap, or just plain on my lap cause I'm holding him???

I'm curious to hear opinions of the young lady who was pulled off the SouthWest Airlines flight because her outfit was too revealing. The pictures of her, wearing her skirt and top were I thought not out of the norm, she was tall, blonde and a bit busty but nothing at all revearling about her top and her skirt was low to mid thigh. They actually showed some of the older SW Airline flight attendents from the 70's wearing hot pants on CNN today. Curious to hear opinions, because this woman was dressed nicely and I have seen some pretty poorly dressed people not get a second look. Think that jealously had anything to do with it?

Whenever I fly US Airways I have to endure a 10 minute commercial about their credit card and the supposedly great benefits it gives me. Then the fllight attendants walk the plan trying to get passengers to fill out an application. How much money does each flight attendar get per application to waste my time in flight and wake me from a nap to sell me credit card?

For example if it cost you $31 to drive to your destination yet only $30 to fly, would you still rather fly than drive?

I have a felony warrant from 1999 out of the state of Maryland for auto theft and theft over $300. I currently live in Oregon, but would like to fly back east to visit family. Maryland is not interested in transporting me back to face charges. They know where I am. But, if I try and travel by airline, will I be on a "no fly" list and arrested at the airport?

I have always wanted to be a flight attendant, and recent vacations have inspired me to pursue my dreams. Now i work full time in retail, i love my job, dont get me wrong, but i am looking for something more. However before i move on i was wondering if any one out there in the travel industry could answer a few questions for me. Should i go through something like the international flight academy? or should i just start applying? Do i have to go through any kind of training before i begin, and will it be paid for? What is the average starting wages like? and any other information that you think might be helpful, please let me know!!!

Well I am flying for my first time and not sure what to expect. I want to follow all security measures. One thing I am kind of worried about is one of my piercings. It's in my private part region and don't want to remove it if I don't have to. Do you think this would set anything off. I am well prepared for everything else except that piercing. I have 10 all together and that is the only one I don't want to remove if I don't have to, all the rest I will remove no problem. Anyone have any ideas for me. I will be flying on Continental if that makes any difference.

Even though they said it was "revealing attire" it was just a short skirt. Some people are way too sensitive, and are shoving their religion down other peoples throats. The picture of the girl showed a woman who was wearing a white top with a short skirt. That was it. I think whoever was offended, is a closet sexual predator.

Does anyone else think its funny/ridiculous during the air hostess demonstrations that they say in case the plane lands on water the seat can be used as a float. Who has ever heard of a commercial jet land successfully on water. Please someone explain if its possible to do this and why the gov allows airlines to give this false sense of security.

I am amazed at the huge price differences the airline companies charge as opposed to buying online from booking companies like Priceline.com, orbitz, expedia, travelocity, hotwire and many others.

I just priced a flight in 3 weeks time from West Coast USA to Europe and many airlines are charging triple what it costs at the discounters, why is this, does anyone still book directly with the airlines anymore? Are the Airlines ripping us off?
