I would like to find a job in the UAE before traveling there, and am curious if it is common for people to find jobs over the internet and actually be hired for the job before physically going to the UAE and interviewing in person (i.e. through a phone interview or some other method)

Hi! Has anyone heard of Blue Star Properties located in Abu Dhabi? I have been here for a month now and having trouble finding a two-bedroom apartment but these people clame that they have apartments in a number of places though they charge 100 Dhms just to show those apartments. I am willing to pay that much but can I rely on them?! After all, no other real estate agent has given me positive feedback except these folks. I am willing to pay about 80K but even so the feedback from agents has been poor. If anyone thinks they are credible, please let me know! Thank you.

Hello, I am a GC holder and I have friends in Dubai. Will I be able to obtain a 96 hour transit visa on arrival? Also what airlines provide them? And should I have prior hotel accomodation to get my transit visa? Or will it be o.k if I stay at my friends' ? Any help on this will be great!
