i stay in international city . it takes me 15 minutes to reach mall of the emirates without major traffic jam .

Depends where on SZR you're talking about. But from the main section it's about 10 miles to International City. Al Khail Road is the best way to get there. With no traffic it takes about 15 minutes. With traffic, your guess is as good as mine.

i think of Deira is almost interior the middle of the city on a similar time as Sheikh Zayed street is on the brink of Emall and Ibn batouta so in case you're in seek of entertainment you will discover extra luxury and exciting place of dwelling at sheikh zayed street

it depends.
If its crowded or in the weekend it will take you 20-40 min.
but in the reguler days not more then 15 min.
