Yes, at Hatta (which is also near Oman) but still part of Dubai.

there r no designated spots here
u can camp any where in the desert or beaches but be careful to carry ur rubbish with u .
good spots r behind the mirdif and mushrif park area
on the kalba to khorfakkan beaches
