How many people here exercise regularly?
Is it true that we Egyptians don’t care about doing exercises?
Well I exercise twice a week only ,one cardio & the other weights & the gym mates tell me that I'm below average?

OK. I have 4 questions 2 to see ur smarts about Egypt.

Asalam alaikum, what will some of you do with your thumbs (down) while I am away in Jordan/Yemen? So those of you who send me 'hate mail' will have to find someone else to be mad at while Im gone....I challenge you to do one thing though, and that is find a scholar who disputes any of my answers...remember, we might hate a thing that is good for us, but like one that is not. Ask yourself do u really dis-agree with what I say, or is it because we have become way too easy on ourselves Islamically. This world is a prison for the beleiver...its not supposed to be easy.
