what is the stiffness number (e.g. 68) stands for? does a higher number means a more rigid racquet? and if so, is it better to have a stiffer racquet than a flexible one?

I have obviously found and read the "official rules" of the American Paddle tennis association but could not make sense of them entirely. Just need to know if you can hit the walls and when the ball is actually out in a SINGLES Game. thanks.

Hey

I need a name for my tennis shop I am opening. I need some ideas for a name. Examples would be like velocity sports, metro-sports, Atlantic sports, Racquet warehouse and stuff like that.

Thanks,
Bonfire

Who is your pick? Mine would probably be Pete Sampras at this point; however, he never won the French Open, I believe. I think Andre Agassi could be in there, too, since he won all 4 majors at least once. It appears Roger Federer is on his way there, but I cannot call him the best yet.

My friend and I are having a debate on which is harder. We were able to conclude that physically tennis is a lot harder, but mentally they are about the same. I am a varsity tennis player so naturally I favor the tennis being harder side. What are your thoughts?

If you use Tourna overgrip, there is one side that has a peel off plastic film, do you peel that off and put that side against the racket or is it the opposite side that goes on the racket? Both sides kind of feel the same, does it matter? It doesn't say which side on the instructions.

I told him to take it easy but he has this competitive nature. Its so annoying. Am I wrong for wanting to win? He knows I cant beat him. Maybe hes trying to make me a better player but his backhand is so poweful i can never return it. BTW do you like the way I phrased my question?

I played a lot of racquetball over a short period of time. As a result the bottoms of my feet were covered in blisters. Now months later the blisters have healed but every time I play racquetball the bottoms of my feet hurt very bad. What can I do, or wear, to prevent this.
