I played a lot of racquetball over a short period of time. As a result the bottoms of my feet were covered in blisters. Now months later the blisters have healed but every time I play racquetball the bottoms of my feet hurt very bad. What can I do, or wear, to prevent this.

i get that alot...the best thing to do is massage your feet, wear padded socks, and take off your shoes IMMEDIATELY after playing...trust me it helps bring some flipflops in your bag
hope this helps

Well - you may have done more damage to your feet than you realize, and they may not be entirely healed. That said - get a better pair of shoes that provide more cushion. Combine that with some of the gel shock absorbing inserts for the shoes, and thick socks. All of those things should reduce the amount of pressure on the soles of your feet as you move about. At a minimum it should reduce the pain, at best it might eliminate it entirely. -dh
