In BCA 9 ball rules you have to hit the object ball first and some ball (any) ball afterwards has to touch the rail or it is a "foul"....shooter up gets ball in hand........you are shooting the object ball straight into the side pocket...the cue ball stops in the center not touching any rail....the object ball hits the back of the "pocket" not the rail and comes back to the center....no "rail" is touched.......is this a foul??

Someone gave me an 8' brunswick table and I'm needing to get it leveled in the center. Can I do this myself or do I need to get a professional?

4 point Joss Pool Cue. With caps for both halves. Maybe 3 years old, ivory in the bottom of the cue, with a lovely design.

My friend claims that when you play pool (billards), that when the cue ball is right up next to a side rail, that you can move it a little bit so it isn't close to the rail. Is this a real rule, or just something he made up to help him win?

I have an 8 foot table with three piece 1 inch slate that I've inherited. I need to take it apart and move it. How do I do this? What tools will I need? How do I get the rails off? How many people will need to help me?

Once its arrived at its destination, I'm going to let a professional installer put it together, put new felt on it, and level it.

I'd like to do it for $1500 if possible, but I'll spend more if it's really worth it.

What brands are good, which ones should I stay away from?

Is it safe to buy online or do I need to shop for it in person?

On how many occasions, that you can recall, have you been on the better side of a cruel result, i.e. when your opponent has pocketed the first 8 balls all by himself, but you were the one to pocket the 9-ball - the only one you pocketed - and won that game?

It has happened to me only twice ever. What about you?

Do you think that Ronnie will be dominating the IPT circuit this year like he dominated in most of the snooker events in the past few seasons (well, the last one excluded)?
