The best solution to clean pool balls is using about 2- 3 cap full bleach n about 6 litres of water, soak them for about 5 mins n then wipe excess water off.

no idea what to do if the balls are stained though

soap and wter, they are plastic, unless very old, then they are probably ivory and can be cleaned with soap and water as well

i use oxy or clearasil pads they seem to wor the best
