John Jeffrey won 40 caps for Scotland but also played for another international side. Top marks if you can name the country, the tournament and the year.

They need a miracle this year after last year's series where they had no halves pairings in form and where unwilling to try new combinations. They victimised Brett Finch for not playing well but he had no help at all. They suffer from the legacy of guys like Johns and Fittler. I think if they are to have a chance this year they will need to put Mark Gasnier in the Stand off role and require a solid scrum half for him to play off.

He plays in a better league than Brian O'Driscoll and plays agianst tougher opponents as well. He plays in the best team in the world (my kiwi team) and stands out each game, whereas Brian O'Driscoll only stands out because he's playing in an average Ireland team, who's only tactic is to kick it to the corner and try and steal the ball. England are just rubbish anyway as their structure and ball skills are non existant. Brian Ashton will improve that but not much else. Allblacks for the World Cup!!! I don't care about our previous records in World Cup year. That was then this is now Boys and Girls. The William Webb Ellis is coming back to Wellington where it belongs!

I am going to try out for the local Rugby Union team in my city next Spring and pretty much have learned the rules and players positions and tasks. But the problem is my endurance is out the window even if I run every day.

Are there specific drills for running and endurance for Rugby games?

My son wants to play rugby, and I was wondering if there is a community rugby league or something like little league for rugby, because it is a team sport and having lessons doesn't really help if you can't play a game.

Albert Einstein goes to a dinner party and begins to mingle with crowd. He walks over to a woman and asks her what her IQ is.
She replies 140.
"That's great" says Einstein, "we will talk about the general impact of options and futures on the European economy."
A little while later he spots a guy walking by and asks him what his IQ is.
The guy says 180.
"That's excellent" days Einstein, "we can talk about the metaphysical aspect of the interconnected dynamical process affecting fractals."
Later on in the evening, Einstein, once again, asks a guy what his IQ is.
The guy says that his IQ is 66.
"Cool" says Einstein, "what do you think about the Wallabies' chances this season!"

It's for a stunt in cheerleading. I'm flying for the first time and I need to know how many people of average stregnth it would take to do this stunt with me called flatback where the flyer is held above the heads of the bases, their arms are completely outstretched and the flyer lays stiff as a board with her back on their palms. I need to know how many of y'all it would take to do this stunt with me and how difficult it would be to support someone my size. Thanks!
