you must be mixing him up with someone else no Paul mcsweeney ever played for England.....

I don't think so. There's a Paul McSweeny who's chairman of the Unidare RFC - a team based in Finglas, Dublin but as far as I know and according to RFU records, no one called Paul McSweeny every played for England.
