Unfortunatly you have not told us what city you live in so we can't help you with finding a sports store in the area.
Try looking up sports apparel stores in your area there should be one at the malls near you. I doubt they'll have a lot of rugby jerseys though. Try searching rugby under your city, state or province. For example I would go to yahoo search and type Rugby jerseys Toronto...

Internet. Any rugby website has jerseys there for sale. Im an Ireland fan me self. So I would get me self a jersey if I could spare the cash.
Google rugby jerseys or something.

How about looking either in your local phonebook for sports/rugby apparel stores or try the internet for places(but dont trust all online sites)
