smokin aces the movie or hockey practice????????

ok so i just bought a new pair of skates bec my old ones couldn't support my ankle, so i went to buy new ones. i am a size 12 shoe so i bought a pair of ccm skates that are a size 10.5 and that is the size that a 12 shoe should wear. It even says it has great ankle support, but i played last night and they had no support. there was to much room by the ankle. The skate fits except for the ankle. how can i fix this? do you think maybe it just needs to be broken in? shoud i tape it w/ stick tape? or that other tape (it kind of looks like packaging tape) what do you think?

i see that some goalies pads turn outward almsot making a wall to stop the puck when the goalie downs down on his knees rather than just folding under his legs. my pads do not do that can you tell my why and how can i make them do that?

C'mon hockey fans, we all know we have the best fans in all of sports. but let's face it, even NASCAR markets it's sport better than hockey (yikes!!!). I was pulling for Brian Rolston with 2 goals (two slapshot goals no less!) and 2 assists (also +5, many shots... whatever). But I figured Rick Nash would win it also with 2Gs and 2As and he also played well and was always a presence. Does anyone disagree with Daniel Briere? So what with all the assists? He was on the losing team!

in the nhl games they break up fights within 5 seconds. the ahl has some pretty good ones, they used to not even break them up until someone hurt someone else, and still get a penalty.. new rules?
