i am a full time college student and I play hockey once a week, so i only have maybe an hour a day to excersise, what would you suggest to keep me in shape and help me play better?

well its not much of anything specific..u can run a mile on the treadmill like i do..anything to make your legs stronger will work..u can also do wall sits..(if u dont know lean ur back against the wall as if u were sitting on a chair..bend ur knees to a 90 degree angle, keep ur hands off ur legs and keep ur back against the wall so that all ur weight goes to ur thighs..now that BURNS..try for a minute or more) and u can do push ups and all that..basically every exercise can help cuz hockey involves every part of you to be in good shape

i like to strap someone on a robe behind me and drag them along the ice...sounds odd but it really makes your legs feel stronger
