I personally vote for Ryan Giggs, no one during his time has played better in that position thang Giggs. It's too bad that he can't be success on the national level cause he played for Wales.

I am a 9.5 Shoe size, but what kind of soccer shoe size should i get......9.5 or 10? i was thinking 10 because of the the shingaurds and socks i would have to wear....... any suggestions or advice into how i should buy soccer shoes that could fit me well and be comfterble?

This is arguable, but La liga has the best teams and the best overall talent of all of the world's club leagues (in my opinion) It's second to the Premiership in popularity. So why does yahoo have Mexico Brazil and Agentina (Argentina???) club categories and not Spain? Remember were talking CLUB soccer here...

I for one do, at least with that ridiculous lineup Macca put out Wednesday. The U21s have pace and width and are strong in the middle. The seniors were hopeless for the most part, until the late subs came on and we finally looked like scoring (I loved Barton, Barry, and Downing).

I am used to watching English Premiership games but since moving to the States from the UK I can't bear to watch the MLS because it is akin to Burton Albion playing Stafford Rangers in the FA Vase! But with David Beckham turning down offers to play in England, Italy and France to sign with the LA Galaxy will his presence raise standards across the American League? Also, Arsenal have signed a co-op deal with the Colorado Rapids is this good for US football or is it purely beneficial to Arsenal who want to tap into the American market?

I have many facts that make me think that soccer is taking a considerable leap into popularity...

1. Many US owners from Football to Basketball to Baseball teams are investing serious money on English soccer teams... Manchester Utd, Liverpool, Aston Villa

2. There been a few MLS teams doing partnerships with Europeans teams... such as Colorado Rapids.. which got deal with Arsenal.

3. I think in the next few years... many top players will follow the steps of David Beckham... to come in to the MLS..

4. Almost every MLS franchise has or is constructing their own stadiums.. plus the league is expanding with Salt Lake and Chivas USA last year and Toronto in 2007.

5. TV networks are getting more rights to show soccer... ESPN, ABC and Univision (spanish) had the rights over every world cup game.. plus they will have the deal for the 2007 Gold Cup, i think Copa America, Champions League and EuroCup 2008 too.

There are a few other things, but i would like to know your opinion?

I support a team that make me want to cry most of the time (Halifax Town) but I will always be loyal no matter what. What happens in the States where the teams move from city to city every couple of years, do you change the team or the city? What about Milton Keynes/Wimbledon fans, what are you doing about it?
