The future seems bright at Villa Park but if believed they've missed out on a number of transfer targets to other clubs and been unable to tempt talent to the club.

With every other club improving at a rapid pace should Villa be worried that there starting to lose mometum?

I'm an English Bloke who lives in North America, and I read an answer in this forum from a yank saying that FOOTBALL (soccer) was a communist game. Well in the U.S.A. they have a wage cap, know that don't sound like free enterprise to me. They also have no promotion or relegation system, so a team stays in the same league every year, it's a closed shop. They have a draft system, which means that the bottom teams get first choice of the best young players. Now the kicker, the young lads have no choice but to play for the team that picks them. Who are the communists?

Think they've lost the plot after hearing about it couple of days ago.

Don't worry the price tag of £58million must have put them way off!

I am an Arsenal fan . I became one in the late 90's because I loved their slick and entertaining football even when Man U were top dogs. They have combined their great play with good achievements in the past but of recent their slick football doesn't seem to be producing much and they are not the force to reckon with they were before and I really wonder if it will change again.

Looking at there squad, 1st team and staff set up they should only have managed 4th at most! How can a team with players like Neville, Vidic and Carrick in there starting XI win the title!? And in the process beat Chelsea(with a far superior squad, 1st team and staff set up-escpecialy manager)! Even Tottenham should have challenged United for 4th! Must have been a freak season, right!?
