The Champions League seems to be the best league in the world for soccer. I know the MLS have participated in something similar this year called the Superliga. I know that currently most MLS teams probably would not be able to compete at the level of teams participating in the Champions League right now, but in five to ten years MLS clubs will surely be amongst the greatest in the world.

i support man u because my dad lived there && supported them when he was younger. He then moved to birmingham, den i just ended up supporting man u too because him && my brother did. I love man utd and would never change, but for some reason i still think that if i could choose again myself i would support birmingham or villa so i could see my team play every week instead of just seeing them 4 or 5 times a season...is that wrong?? wat you think?

I'm 16 and from Ireland, how come Europeans don't get along with americans? What started the disagreement?
Is it just because there are a lot of cultural differences? Or is it jealousy about something? I think its silly, I'm just curious why though.

He has just proven he does not have what the Premier League requires and Mourinho has proven to really know what it requres.

There is no doubt british care more about the premiership rather than other trophies.

Thanx!

I think Benitez's scenario is similar with Jol where you come step into a team and change many things and once the provide you with the money you request to buy great players the team starts going down and down in terms of result.

I think its dumb, it's the Europeans that want it to stop because they want it in EU as much as possible, but they don't think that maybe over here in CONCACAF (North America) or CONMEBOL (South America), people want it as much as they do. What do you think.

After 2 years of selfless service, a man realized that he has
not been promoted, no transfer, no salary increase no commendation and that the company is not doing any thing about it.

So he decided to walk up to his HR Manager one morning and after exchanging greetings, he told his HR Manager his observation.The boss looked at him, laughed and asked him to sit down saying;

My friend, you have not worked here for even one day.

The man was surprised to hear this, but the manager went on to explain:

Manager: How many days are there in a year?
Man: 365 days and some times 366

Manager: How many hours make up a day?
Man: 24 hours

Manager: How long do you work in a day?
Man: 8am to 4pm. i.e. 8 hours a day.

Manager: So, what fraction of the day do you work in hours?
Man: (He did some arithmetic and said 8/24 hours i.e. 1/3 (one third)

Manager: That is nice of you! What is one-third of 366 days?
Man: 122 (1/3x366 = 122 in days)

Manager: Do you come to work on weekends?
Man: No sir

Do you think Coppa Italia, FA Cup, and UEFA Cup are necessary? They should also get rid of soccer in the Olympics. I know it gives smaller teams a chance at silverware. Don't you think they should have salary caps so the big clubs can't buy all the good players from other teams all the time?

The only ones I care about are...
FIFA World Cup
EURO Cup
UEFA CL
FIFA Club Cup
Serie A
Maybe the Super Cup
