The number of new subscribers is dwindling so sky are forced to unashamedly exthort as much money as they can from existing subscribers through premierplus and HD etc. Premierplus is a clear example of how they are really mocking subscribers. It was introduced 3 or 4 years ago and was one game per week that you didnt really want to watch. The big game was always Sunday afternoon 4pm and then there was a great Monday night game available to basic sky sports channel subscribers. But look at what is happening now and take the past weekend as an example. Premierplus you get Everton v Liverpool and Man Utd v Spurs. Basic sky sports channel subscribers get Aston Villa v West Ham and Reading v Man City. Does anyone apart from stalwarts supporters of these clubs want to watch these games?
Now is the time to act; there is something you can do. If you have subscribed for more than a year ring them up and cancel your subscription. When they ask why explain. They will offer you a reduction!
