It's only one of the methods for doing so but it works for me.

use streams. u can download pplive, ppstream, tvants and start watching. u can go to http://www.freefootball.org/upcoming.php to find out more about it. jus go to the forum and check out the newbie part. i've been watching it in my hostel and it's been great so far and best part of it is that it is free = )

pplive is quite good but you have to get it translated by google
because all is chinese
anyway i use pplive and happy with it
