Football (American) - December 2007

I'm in a playoff game and not sure who to start. I got nate burelson for seattle starting who seems to be their #1 go to guy.

I'm just not sure how chris chambers is going to do against detroit.

any ideas?

After a short stint with the Jags and a steroid scandal (which i think was a bunch of wasted time, he did it under doctor's care, and wasnt even in the NFL at the time) what is next? Is he done forever? or does he get a third chance?

I like Cris Collinsworth, but if I have to listen to Bryant Gumbel say "It appears they have enough for the first down" after a running back rushes three yards past the first down marker, I'm going to throw my remote through the television. Deion Sanders? Marshall Faulk? Bryant "I say everything passively" Gumbel?

im 5ft 5 in, run a 5.2 40, can throw the ball 30 yards, pretty good catcher, bench 110, squat 200. im in 8th grade and im 14. Our season is already over so what ever position you tell me please let me know what i can do to get better at it also.

Man this sucks... can't watch the game cause i just graduated and i'm walking tomorrow at 1. I'd just skip it but i have family in from outta town and all... its more for them than for me. I'll be stuck, away from a tv the whole game.

Can i watch the game with my sprint cell phone? I have the internet and all that kinda stuff, and today just messing around i was able to find the cincy v sf game basically in real time. Could i do that tomorrow even though the browns game isn't on nfl network... or can you only get games over the nfl network?

It's a bit confusing to a novice football viewer when they start talking about the # of seeds and stretches now that the football regular season is nearing an end. Who can explain in simple terms what goes on in the playoff picture? I'm a Seattle girl and I know the Hawks have won their division, but don't they still need to win the rest of their games? Foxboro (Massachusetts) and New York have identical temperatures, winter weather precipitation and the same exact snow fronts. I have to ask - how come so many people think the weather will hurt New England and not the Jets? The way I see it, bad weather makes a powerhouse like New England average, and makes a fair team like the Jets, well ... bad. New England is 9-0 in blizzards, and are playing at home. Brady's thrown 5 INT's all year, as opposed to what, over 20 combined INT's by the two Jet QB's.

Some people just look for ANY way to degrade the Patriots, huh?

Probably not. But because the Patriots* have a great arial assualt and not a great running game, in this supposed nor'easter that could help the Jets.

They could get crushed 80-0 but I will always be there chanting J! E! T! S! JETS! JETS! JETS!
