Cowboys and Eagles play throw out all the predictions and odds. Rules don't apply when Cowboys and Eagles play it is a grudge match every time and either one can win.
Before throwing down any money betting get this in mind, of all their loses the Eagles have only been beaten two times by more than three points. One bad pass was the difference between them beating the Patriots and them lossing to the Patriots.

its a grudge match. which defense will cave first will determine the outcome of the game. take the under and the eagles to cover. no way will the cowboys beat them by 11. the cowboys will win but only by a few.
prediction: cowboys 20- eagles 10

One I don't recomend betting rivalry games ever.
If you must Dallas and the under. Dallas does not have a tendency to run it up on teams and Philly really isn't that potent an offense
