#1 LSU - Only team in top 5 ALL SEASON long. Only top 25 team that has played SIX top 20 opponents. Only top 2 team to lose to a RANKED opponent, on the road, in triple OT no less.

#2 Oregon - Loss again to ARIZONA! Losing Dixon is no excuse, the defense played like GARBAGE! Tebow has better stats and undoubtedly is BETTER.

#3 Kansas - Let's be for real. Simply put, has played only ONE! team in top 25, barely won by 6. Wake me when they beat or at least PLAY someone in the top 20.

#4 Oklahoma - I can excuse the loss to UNRANKED Colorado, but to then get dismantled by T.T. What was Tech ranked?

#5 West Virginia - Only played 1 opponent in the top 20, AND LOST!!! I guess i does matter about playing highly ranked teams.

Here's a little LSU info. 1 Starting D-tackle out for season. 1 starting G gone most of season. Starting QB played injured for 3 straight games, missed 1. Top receiver missed 5 games. Stil #1!!!! Injuries are a part of football. Recruit Depth!!!

Remember last year , they said the same thing about Florida and guess what. They won the NCG! I heard two of the commentators on game day say you cant compare the others to the SEC. So why. Why would anyone say LSU should not be 1#.

The time off always seems to make them rusty and unprepared for bowls (even in years when the conference is strong).

NOT OF ALL TIME. (RECENTLY ITS BEEN THE SEC). Who is the most complete conference in division 1-A this year?

2007-11-17 18:00:41 · 14 answers · asked by Karl H 2

.....their top three defensive linemen injured (two of which were sure all-americans)?

The #1 QB in the country injured?

Future Heisman trophy winner DeMarco Murray injured?

I think they can still win the the best conference in the country.

Your thoughts?

I mean they lost their heisman winner QB Dixon, what do you expect? Stewart to win it by himself? come on now, if Dixon was in the game the whole time, they would've whooped arizonas ***. I know we're screwed without him now. Leaf Sucks *** but what can you do. we're overflowed with injuries from starters.

I'm stil a proud fan even when my team loses.
Go Ducks
